Memorial or Honorarium
A memorial gift to Der Stadt Friedhof is a meaningful way to honor a friend, colleague, mentor, or loved one while supporting the preservation of the cemetery.

When you make a memorial or tribute donation, you will receive a receipt acknowledging your gift. If you choose, we can also send a letter to the person being honored for a special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, or wedding, or to a family member of a loved one who has passed.

The letter will acknowledge your thoughtful gift while keeping the donation amount confidential.
Gifts through IRA Charitable Rollover (QCD)
If you are 70½ or older, you may wish to consider an IRA charitable rollover, which may help reduce the income taxes associated with required annual IRA withdrawals.

To qualify, the transfer must be made directly from your IRA administrator to a qualified charity. Please contact your IRA plan administrator to begin the rollover process and determine whether this type of gift is right for you.

Planned giving is a thoughtful way to make a meaningful gift that costs nothing during your lifetime while leaving a lasting legacy. You may choose to donate stock, real estate, or other assets and may benefit from tax savings. Other options, such as a donor-advised fund, may also be available.
